Looking for a fast paced role in Quality Control? Robert Half is assisting a growing client who needs to add a Quality Inspector to their team. This is a contract to hire position in Chanhassen, MN that will start asap!Accountabilities & Responsibilities• Inspect purchased materials, components, and in-process products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests. Communicates quality concerns to supervisor and production group lead.• May prepare and submit change requests.• Initiate NC’s and participate in product disposition for nonconforming material.• Initiate CAPA’s as required.• Assist with performing analysis, inspection, troubleshooting and testing of products or components identified as non-conforming during in-process and final inspection.• Resolve job related issues promptly in a manner that promotes harmony and aligns with the company’s objectives and goals.• Work with cross-functional teams to improve the business and perform other duties as needed.• Identify areas of improvement and participate in continuous improvement projects.• Support all Divisional initiatives as identified by divisional management and in support of Quality Management Systems (QMS).• Perform other duties as assigned.
